On January 14, 2009, Chen-Cho Hinton and her husband Robert Hinton received the invitation of the Obama and Biden's inauguration from the Presidential Inaugural Committee:
"The Presidential Inaugural Committee requests the honor of your presence to attend and participate in the Inauguration of Barack H. Obama as President of the United States of America and Joseph R. Biden, Jr. as Vice President of the United States of America on Tuesday, the twentieth of January two thousand and nine in the city of Washington"
Chen-Cho Hinton, the Administrative Manager of Immigration Express (IE), also the youngest sister of Frank Tsang (Original Founder of IE), received a scholarship from Interlochen Arts Academy, graduating in 1987. Ms. Hinton earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of California in 1993. Subsequently she has taken advanced studies at USC, Columbia University, and schools in Florence, Italy. As a leader of IE's Administration Group, she has 10 years experience in Law Firm Management and 7 years experience in Internet Marketing. She has made tremendous impact on the Marketing Research and Operational Management of IE.
