Immigration application receipts decreased 2 percent compared to the number received in March 2010. March 2011 approvals decreased by 5 percent, denials decreased by 17 percent, and pending increased less than 1% compared to March 2010.

Naturalization Applications
Naturalization receipts in March 2011 increased 12 percent when compared to March 2010, while approvals/oaths increased by 4 percent and denials decreased 5 percent.
