EB-2 failed to move across the board, including ROW, China, India, Mexico, Philippines. EB-3 however moved up across the board, albeit "minor." This Visa Bulletin represents the last allocation of FY 2012 annual quota (FB=226,000 and EB=144,951). The new fiscal year quota numbers will start being allocated beginning from October 2012 Visa Bulletin. The State Department sources indicated that EB-2 will move up again beginning from October 1, 2012, probably ROW becoming current and India/China moving back to the previous cut-off date before it became "Unavailable." We will however have to wait and see since things can change.
