DOS Visa Bulletin for October 2012. EB, simply shocking! In EB-2 category, the cut-off date moved forward from unavailable to July 15, 2007 while the cut-off date moved forward from December 15, 2005 to February 8, 2006 in EB-3 category for Chinese Mainland nationals.
