Worldwide EB-2: Current (Very good news for ROWs)
India EB-2: 09/01/2004 (Will not move a single day from October VB. Shocker!)
China EB-2: 09/01/2007 (Will move about 6 wks)
EB-3: Oversall very small move. India EB-3 will move only one week.
