Predication:
Our earlier posting of unofficial report correctly reflected the Visa Bulletin for November 2013. In a way, some Indian professionals for EB-2 will be unhappy with the November situation since there will be no movement forward, but considering the fact that it will not move backward as some had predicted, they should find a peace of mind with the November Visa Bulletin. At least there are no visa number movement backward, probably all thanks to lack of demand. EB-3 for Indians is very disappointing, but EB-3 for Chinese is more or less dramatic. However, Chinese EB-3 should not expect that the movement will necessarily continue in that pace when the demand will increase. Therefore, the qualified Chinese spouses and children of permanent residents should not neglect to speed up their processing of immigrant status or visa applications.
The spouses and children of permanent residents should also find a peace of mind in that it will not move backward, which is in a way historical that FB-2A has been moving forward so rapidly lately.
