    2 Visa:
An E2 Investor visa allows an individual to enter and work in the United States based on a specific investment that they will be controlling within the country. This visa is granted for a specific period of time and must be renewed as necessary. The investment must be considered to be "substantial" and show some way of contributing to the United States economy. Setting up a small shop in and of itself does not show proper proof to obtain an E2 visa. Spouses and underage children may accompany individuals who obtain an E2 visa for the duration stated on the visa. There is certain proof that must be shown to entitle a given investment as qualified for somebody to obtain and hold an E2 visa. [ more ]

    3 Visa:
An E3 visa is a type that is designated only for citizens of Australia. This type of visa was created by an Act of the United States Congress as a result of the Australia-United States Free Trade Agreement (AUSFTA) though it is not a formal part of it. The E3 visa is similar in many respects to the H1B visa, but the important differences include the fact that spouses of E3 visa holders may work in the United States without restrictions. The E3 visa is also renewable on an indefinite basis, though it must be renewed every two years. [ more ]
