Proof of spouse has been a U.S. citizen for more than three years, such as, Birth Certificate of the spouse, Certificate of Naturalization, passport, FS-240form (if applicable)
Marriage certificate (if applicable)
Proof of termination of spouse's/your prior marriages, such as Divorce Decree, death certificate ( if applicable)
Proof of your marriage being true, such as joint tax return, Life Insurance policy, health Insurance policy, joint bank account (if applicable)

Proof of receiving social benefit (if applicant is an elder and receive social benefit)

If applicant has criminal history, should carry official police, court report, clearance report and other relevant documents

If petitioner marries, divorces, has child (ren) or goes abroad, etc, he/she should carry along marriage certificate, divorce certificate, child (ren) birth certificate, entry records and so on
If petitioner join religion entity or believe in religion so that he/she cannot take complete oath, he/she must provide related supporting documents as evidence letter from church.
