2. A description of any instructional manuals, background materials, and additional lectures or seminars
3. A statement of the program's usefulness to the alien trainees and the company.
4. Components of the program upon which the H-3 petition is based.
5. Pictures of the training program which is well organized with teaching resources.
6. The training program must provide knowledge or experience that is unavailable in the alien's country of residence.
7. The credentials required of alien trainees.
8. Current employer's letter of the applicant.
9. Statement that the alien trainee cannot be employed to engage in productive employment that is other that incidental to the training program.
10. Statement of payment or other compensation the employee will receive.
11. Income tax including profit tax and salary tax of the employer.
12. Bank statement or evidence of it.
