4. Salary record (if already inside the U.S.).
5. Tax return copy (if already inside the U.S.).
6. Invitation letter to H-4 visa petitioner (in Chinese)
7. Invitation letter to the consulate
8. Copy of Social Security Card (if any)
9. Copy of credit card ( both sides)
10. Copy of driver license
11. Photographs in America

Documents to testify relationship
1. Marriage Certificate
2. Birth Certificate
3. Phone bill or phone card
4. Notarized common property
5. Letters between the two ( hand-written or E-mail)
6. Four to five marriage photographs and invitation card
7. Photos of the two or the whole family
