Supporting documents of the English language ability, Evidence that petitioner will come to homeland for two years after duration of stay in America due to social, economic, and other restraint, such as Family relationships (census plate), Property and economic interests (Ownership of real property, bank statement), letters from employers (title will be kept for petitioner and he or she will come back to work after two year?ˉs exchange program), career potentials (letters from future employers that they will offer jobs after the exchange program), Letters from employers or labor market experts (statement that talents with such degree has excellent job opportunities in petitioner's country), etc.
