6. Document showing the ownership of all factories belonging to the company;
8. Bank account statement showing capitalization;
9. Trading documents with U.S. inviting company;

12. Confirmed hotel reservations;
13. Round trip ticket;
14. Tax returns
15. The written report of the company's planning;
16. Working certificate and income certificate of the applicant;
17. Applicant's specific itinerary in the US
18. Court document requiring the applicant’s attendance for a court appearance(if travel for attending the litigation);
19. Subpoena (if travel for attending the litigation);
20. Supporting letter from the applicant's employer, or, if the application is an independent business person, from himself or herself;
21. Letter of invitation
22. Document regarding the activities of the applicant:
